WASHINGTON DC (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Indiana Senator Richard Lugar is urging federal regulators to use common sense as they consider tightening rules on dust kicked up by the nation's farmers.

The Environmental Protection Agency is considering imposing new dust rules under the Clean Air Act.

In a letter written to the EPA, Lugar says the agency needs to keep in mind the impact they may have on Indiana farmers, as well as farmers across the country.
