Major Down-Sizing: 2000 Postal Branches Could Be Cut

UNDATED (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - As many as 2,000 postal stations and branches are slated to close this year.

The reason for the closures, major drops in volume and revenue.

Just last year, the USPS suffered a net loss of $8.5 billion.

Congress will have to approve the down-sizing first.
