Man Accused of Child Molestation has Pretrial Court Date Rescheduled

Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - 74-year-old Raul Fuentes will return to court at a later date.

The state filed a motion for continuance, which was granted, because their DNA Expert was not available. The original trial date was was October 3rd. It has been delayed to October 23rd.

Fuentes is charged with seven counts of felony child molestation for allegedly having sex with a 9-year-old girl and fondling a 12-year-old girl.
