Fatal Motorcycle Crash Victim ID'd

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The Allen County Coroner's office has identified the victim of a fatal crash Friday near the intersection of Lower Huntington Road & Elzey Road.

Timothy W. Myrice, 42, of Huntington, died of blunt force trama after crashing his motorcycle around 8:15 p.m. Witnesses say Myrice hit a patch of gravel, over-corrected and hit a pole. He was not wearing a helmet.

Myrice was taken to a hospital, where he later died.

Myrice is Allen County's sixth traffic fatality this year.
