Man Tased After Police Pursuit

Angola, IN (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- A Short police pursuit has landed 30 year old Dustin VanWagner from Angola behind bars.

Steuben County Police attempted to pull over VanWagner for a traffic violation just after 11:30 Tuesday night.

Police say he did not stop leading police on a pursuit.

VanWagner eventually pulled into a drive way when he did not comply to exit the vehicle an officer tased him.

He has been charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence, and resisting law enforcement.
