FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A Fort Wayne man is sentenced for shooting his child's mother.
23-year-old Patrick Long pleaded guilty last month to attempted murder and was sentenced Friday morning to 20-years in prison.
In exchange, prosecutors had dropped charges of aggravated battery and criminal recklessness.
Police say he fired a gun 47-times at 22-year-old Radiance Upshaw in April.
Upshaw was shot at least three times.
At last report, she was hospitalized in a medically induced coma.
