Man Who Used Hammer for Murder Receives His Sentencing

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Brandon Baker, who admitted he used a hammer to kill 48-year-old Timothy Perkins in February, receives 55-years for murder conviction.

Perkins’ body was discovered in a garage on Poinsette Drive.

In return for his guilty plea the charges of burglary and robbery were dropped.
