Manjarez Appears In Court

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A man arrested in Texas for a homicide in Fort Wayne made his first appearance in an Allen County courtroom Wednesday morning.

35-year-old Thomas Manjarez has been charged with murder.

Police say he shot and killed Carmen Ramos at a home on Huestis Avenue last April.

Manjarez was arrested in January in San Diego, Texas following a routine traffic stop.
