Meth Bust in Steuben County

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – A traffic stop led to the discovery of a meth lab in Steuben County.

Police stopped a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Tabitha Ambler with 28-year-old Garrett Ambler in the passenger seat around 2 a.m. Sunday. After an investigation, both were arrested on drug-related charges.

The investigation led police to a house on Crooked Lake that was littered with items used to make meth.

The Ambler's are both charged with multiple felonies and misdemeanors. Tabitha is charged with class D felony possession of Meth, class A misdemeanor possession of Marijuana, class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, and class C misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.

Garrett is charged with one count of class B felony manufacturing Meth along with class D felony possession of Marijuana, class D felony possession of Meth, and class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

They're being held at the Steuben County jail Tabitha with a $10,505 bond, Garrett with a $62,505 bond.
