MICHIGAN (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A judge awarded the mother of three boys missing since Thanksgiving full custody of them, if they're found alive.

Tanya and John Skelton's divorce was finalized Tuesday.

He continues to insist he had nothing to do with his sons' disappearance, even though they were last seen with him.

39-year-old John Skelton is charged with three counts of kidnapping and unlawful imprisonment and is being held on a $30 million bail.

He's repeatedly said he gave the boys to an unnamed "organization."
