Indianapolis, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- At 8:46 Monday evening, the grounds of the Indiana State Fair went silent to pay tribute to the seven people who lost their lives one year ago waiting to see the Sugarland concert.
The stage rigging collapsed when a strong gust of wind blew through the venue trapping the victims under heavy steel.
Lawsuits are still being worked out at this time.
