STATE COLLEGE, Penn (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The birth mother of one of Jerry Sandusky's adopted children tells ABC News that her son was afraid of him, and accuses Sandusky of using gifts and his position as a Penn State coach to attract him and other young boys.
Lawyers for at least two of Sandusky's eight confirmed accusers say their clients will testify against him.
And Sandusky's recent interview where he denied the allegations and said he was only guilty of "horseplay" and taking showers with the boys, has brought more accusers forward, including one who says he was “severely sexually abused."
A new judge has been assigned to the case and set a preliminary hearing for next month.
