FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A Fort Wayne mother accused of killing her young son appeared in court Friday morning where she was formally charged with murder.
Court documents said 31-year-old Latisha Lawson force-fed olive oil and vinegar to her 2-year-old son, Jezaih King, to rid him of demons in November of last year.
She then allegedly hid his body for more than a year until it was found in her home this past December.
Lawson already faces five felony-counts in the case.
