WHITLEY COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A Wolf Lake man died Friday night when police say his motorcycle crashed into the back of an SUV along U.S. 33 in Whitley County.

Police say a Dodge Durango driven by Ellen Britland, 48, of Fort Wayne, was stopped on U.S. 33 to make a left turn onto C.R. 550N at 6:15 p.m. Friday.

That's when David L. Sible, 58, crashed his Harley-Davidson motorcycle into the back of Britland's Durango, according to the Whitley County Sheriff's Department.

Sible was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say he was not wearing a helmet.

Britland had no injuries, police say.
