FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A 22-year-old Fort Wayne man has pleaded guilty to one count of murder.
Brandon Baker admitted he used a hammer to kill 48-year-old Timothy Perkins in February.
As part of the plea agreement, prosecutors will drop charges of felony murder, burglary and robbery.
In February, Baker was in Perkins garage when he said he killed him with a hammer.
He allegedly had planned to rob Perkins for several days before the murder.
