Naked Gunman Shot Near IU Campus

Bloomington, IN (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – Police in Bloomington shot a naked man who they say was firing a gun near the IU campus.

It happened early Friday morning, when police were called to investigate reports of a college-age man swearing and screaming as he fired a gun and set off fireworks.

He pointed a gun at officers when they told him to stop, so they shot him.

They say when he pointed his gun at them again, they ordered him to drop his weapon, and then fired again when he didn't.

His condition is not known.
