INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A new Indiana law to cut federal funding to Planned Parenthood is under federal review.
The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services say Medicaid does not allow states to stop beneficiaries from accessing health care because their provider offers certain other services.
The Indiana Attorney General's office is defending the law in a suit filed by Planned Parenthood.
A federal judge is due to rule by July first.
