FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A 58-year-old man is set to appear in court Monday, on six counts of child molesting.
Court documents show Daniel Andress had sex multiple times with a girl over several years, starting when she was about five.
The girl is now nine-years-old and has told investigators Andress molested her as recently as last Friday.
Andress is being held on $135,000 bail and a judge has issued a no-contact order.
