No Charges to be Filed Against Sheriff Hodges or Ex-Wife

WHITLEY COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Huntington County Prosecutor, Amy Richison, told Indiana’s NewsCenter that she will not be filing any charges in the Hodges battery investigation.

Recently there was an alleged battery incident which was said to involve Whitley County Sheriff Mark Hodges and his ex-wife.

On Tuesday, July 19th 911 dispatchers were contacted about an alleged battery incident involving Hodges and his estranged wife Laurell.

The trouble erupted at the home of Hodges mother in South Whitley.

Both Hodges and his wife have made complaints against the other in the past.
