INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The State Supreme Court has denied a delay in the case against Secretary of State Charlie White.
The court ruled Friday that the recount commission can proceed with reconsidering whether Republican Secretary of State Charlie White was a valid candidate for the office to which he was elected.
White's attorneys had hoped to delay the civil case until after criminal voter fraud charges against him are resolved.
