NEW CASTLE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- Mary Jane Bell, 52, faces charges after being accused of failing to give a nursing home patient daily injections of critical medications.
The medication prevents blood clots and the patient that Bell failed to administer these medications to, later died.
Bell is charged with interference with medical services which carries a maximum one-year jail term.
