WASHINGTON, D.C. (www.incnow.tv) - A major push by the president to overturn California’s same-sex marriage ban, Proposition 8.

The White House filed a legal brief to the Supreme Court saying same-sex marriage should be allowed to resume in California, where it has been barred since the 2008 passage of Prop 8.
