Ohio Teenager Charged On Six Counts

Geauga County, Ohio (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - An Ohio grand jury indicted the 17-year-old suspected of killing three and wounding three others during a shooting spree at Chardon High School.

A Geauga County grand jury indicted T.J. Lane on six counts.

Last month, a judge ruled Lane must be tried as an adult.

He remains in custody after a juvenile court judge rejected a $500,000 bail request.

If convicted Lane could get life in prison without parole.
