FORT WAYNE, IN (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The television ads haven't just been for candidates in Ohio this election season, the debate that is know as "Issue 2" has left many groups trying to sway public opinion.
Issue 2 is a referendum on Senate Bill 5, which deals with Ohio's collective bargaining rights. The controversial law, that would take away many collective bargaining rights, is on hold until voters have their say.
A recent poll showed that more voters favor voting "no" on Issue 2, which means a vote against letting Senate Bill 5 take effect. Supporters of limiting the collective bargaining rights are expecting different numbers when voters go to the polls tomorrow. Ohio Governor John Kasich is a strong backer of supporting Issue 2. Ohio polls are open from 6:30-7:30 on Tuesday.
