Overnight Shooting Leaves Person in Serious Condition

FORT WAYNE, IN (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A person was rushed to the hospital in critical condition early Wednesday morning after being shot in the head outside a bar on Fort Wayne’s south side.

It happened just after midnight in the 4200 block of South Clinton near Foster's Sports Pub.

The victim, David Baller was upgraded to serious condition after arriving at the hospital.

A suspect was seen running from the scene, but police have not released a description.

Detectives were trying to get surveillance video from a nearby gas station to see if it showed anything helpful.
