Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- The Fourth annual Community Blood Drive held at Parkview Field. The blood drive is a Three Rivers Festival Event.

The American Red Cross has only half the blood products on hand as it did this time last year.

It needs to collect 500-units of blood a-day to supply 60-hospitals in northern and central Indiana and Northwest Ohio.

Especially needed is O-positive, O-negative, B-negative and A-negative blood.

The drive continues until 2:30 p.m. Monday.
