WABASH COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The murder trial for Scott Pattison will stay in Wabash County after his change of venue request was denied.
Pattison is accused of killing his wife Lisa in their rural LaFountain home in July 2009.
He told police he came home to find Lisa unresponsive with a bar-bell across her throat.
His trial is set to begin October 25th.
