WABASH COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The Wabash Circuit Judge has accepted Stacy Henderson's Plea Agreement.

Henderson received a Class B misdemeanor with 180 days in jail, all suspended and one year informal probation for her perjury in a murder trial against her ex-lover.

Stacy Henderson, 40, pleaded guilty to false informing Jan. 6, and a hearing was set for Feb. 21 in which Wabash Circuit Court Judge Robert McCallen III was supposed to either reject or accept an agreement. The court, however, continued the hearing because McCallen was ill.

Henderson, the former Chief of Staff for Marion Mayor Wayne Seybold, was charged in November 2010 with a Class D felony count of perjury after investigators say she lied during a deposition she gave during the Pattison investigation. A jury found Pattison guilty in November of killing his wife, Lisa Pattison, on July 2, 2009.

The misdemeanor charge was filed Jan. 6, and Henderson pleaded guilty to it. If the plea agreement is accepted, the perjury charge would be dismissed. Henderson would be sentenced to 180 days in jail, all of which will be suspended. She then will be placed on informal probation for a year, with 60 days of home detention through either Wabash or Grant counties.
