Pattison's Son Gets Life Insurance Benefits

WABASH, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Convicted murderer Scott Pattison will not receive any death benefits from his wife's life insurance policy.

A Wabash County judge ruled that Lisa Pattison's son, Dillon McCoy, will receive the total sum of $461,169.

Pattison was convicted in November of killing his wife in July of 2009.
