Wanted Sex Offender In Custody

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- A sex offender who failed to register in Steuben County is now in police custody.

Police arrested 39-year old Charles Kipp III in Kent County Michigan.

He now faces criminal charges for failing to register as a sex offender in Michigan as well as Indiana.
