FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- Police are searching for a teal and tan '97 or '98 Ford Expedition that they say may have been involved in an accident that killed a motorcyclist April 14.

This photo is not the actual vehicle. It is a representation of what the actual vehicle may look like.

Police say the vehicle will have damage on the passenger side front, will be missing the front headlight lens and the turn signal will be completely broken out.

Anyone seeing a vehicle matching this description or having any information regarding the investigation is asked to contact Lt. Maze with the Fort Wayne Police Hit Skip Division at 260-427-1373.

The accident happened just before 2:30 Sunday morning, Apr. 14, at the intersection of Clay St. and E. Wayne St.

Officials say a resident who lives in the area heard the crash, looked outside and saw a downed motorcycle, then called 911.

Officers arrived on the scene to find Jason S. Gnagey, 27, unconscious and unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
