INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- Attorneys representing Secretary of State Charlie White will now have their chance to convince a jury of their client's innocence.
Thursday afternoon, the prosecution called their last witness.
White faces seven felony charges accused of living in a condominium outside his Fisher's town council district with his now current wife, but voting using an address where his ex-wife lived.
If White is convicted, he could face prison time and be forced to leave office.
