ORLANDO (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - No acquittal for accused child killer Casey Anthony.
Shortly after the prosecution rested their case Wednesday, the judge denied a defense request for an acquittal.
Anthony's attorneys will begin presenting their case on Thursday.
They claim Caylee Anthony drown in the family's swimming pool and George Anthony, Caylee's Grandfather helped dispose of the body.
but the big question is whether Casey Anthony will take the stand in her murder trial.
The 25-year-old is charged with murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in June of 2008.
The girl’s remains were found 6-months later near the family's home in Florida.
Thursday also happens to be the third anniversary of the last time anyone saw little Caylee alive.
The prosecution says Casey suffocated her daughter with duct tape.
