ANDERSON, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- A man who is behind bars for attacking his girlfriend and killing nine of her dogs has had his sentence upheld.
Dennis White was sentenced to 14-years after stabbing his girlfriend's dog and eight 2-week-old puppies last February.
The appeals court ruled that White had waived his right to appeal and therefore could not challenge his sentencing.
