JAPAN (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - There are signs of progress in Japan where workers have been working around the clock at a troubled nuclear power plant.
The Tokyo Electric Power Co., which operates the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant, says its workers reconnected power lines to all six reactor units at the facility.
Plant officials cautioned that additional work needs to be done before the electricity can be turned back on, and as far as restarting the cooling water pumps for the nuclear reactors, they won't attempt that until Wednesday.
