River Summit: Possibilities And Progress

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – The 2nd Annual River Summit kicks off tonight at the Grand Wayne Center.

Ann Coulter, former Executive Vice President of the RiverCity Company in Chattanooga will be the keynote speaker.

Coulter implemented Chattanooga’s downtown and riverfront redevelopment strategy. This redevelopment is cited as a model for Fort Wayne’s Blueprint Plus plan.

Some of the topics that will be discussed are flood damage reduction, what's happening now, local initiatives improving our rivers and stormwater management.

The summit is Tuesday 6:30-8:00pm and Wednesday 9:00am-5:00pm. For more information, go to: River Summit
