A Roanoke teenager is facing charges for stabbing and mutilating three goats.
Police say Tanner Macy, 19, is preliminarily charged with three felony counts of torturing or mutilating a vertebrate animal, and one felony count of obstruction of justice.
He was arrested Thursday after police followed footprints leading from the goat pin back to Macy's house less than a half-mile away. Inside the house police found blood-stained shoes and jeans.
Macy was taken to the Allen County Lockup but has since been released on bond.
