FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - An 11 year old boy remains hospitalized in Ft. Wayne after he was severely injured in an SUV crash.

Ethan Decker of Indianapolis was critically injured when his mother lost control of the vehicle and rolled it several times on I-69 at mile marker 140 in DeKalb County Sunday evening.

The mother, 42 year old Theresa Decker, and two other boys in the SUV were treated for scrapes and bruises.

Police say a group of Air Force members happened on the crash and stopped to help pull the family out of the vehicle.

The crash shut down the highway for a couple of hours.
