FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A lawsuit filed by supporters of Elmhurst High School has reportedly been dismissed by a St. Joseph County Judge.

Judge Jenny Fitz Manier made the decision Friday. The group, Save Our Schools...Save Elmhurst had sought to prevent the Fort Wayne Community School district from closing the 80-year-old high school on the grounds that students would receive and inferior education at other schools.

Elmhurst was closed at the end of the last school year. No comment yet from either side in the case.
