INDIANA (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Republican Indiana Secretary of State Candidate Charlie White is accused of voter fraud, specifically for using his ex-wife's address to vote last May and for using a campaign mailer without listing who paid for it.

White says the incidents were innocent mistakes.

But he's been sharply criticized by his Democratic opponent, Vop Osili.

Secretary of State Candidate Vop Osili says, “The decision on who to vote for is pretty clear. I personally would not want to vote for someone who is under investigation for voter fraud, the one aspect that impacts the Secretary of State's office directly and to be the chief elections officer to be under investigation for voter fraud and perhaps facing indictment and requirement to step down in a sense is a wasted vote.”

As Osili said, the Indiana Secretary of state is in charge of elections in the state.

The job also calls for incorporating new businesses and regulating securities.
