Secretary Of State Names Second In Command

INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Secretary of State, Charlie White, has named a second in command.

Jerry Bonnet is stepping into the role as the new Deputy Secretary of State after the position was vacated recently by Sean Keefer. Bonnet has served as General Counsel for the Secretary of State’s Office since 2005.

Bonnet also served as deputy secretary of state during parts of 2008 and 2009.
