UNDATED (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - In December, the national unemployment rate fell 0.4 percent, to 9.4.
Indiana's fell 0.3 percent to 9.5 which had fewer Hoosiers standing in the unemployment line.
And Ohio’s rate fell 0.2, to 9.6 percent.
Elkhart County continues to have the highest unemployment rate at 12.8 percent.
Noble County comes in at number 4, with 11.4.
Steuben sits at number 21 with 10.5 percent.
And Allen County mirrors the national unemployment rate of 9.4 percent.
