ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- Storms rolled through the area slowly Thursday. Originally there was a tornado watch for the entire viewing area until 5:00 p.m. but that was trimmed back to include only Van Wert and Jay counties before 3:00 p.m.

A flood watch and wind advisory continues for all area counties.
