INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- The lead singer from country group Sugarland was ordered by a judge to testify in the Indiana State Fair stage collapse case.
Jennifer Nettles is supposed to testify about what happened that fateful evening in Indianapolis last August.
She and her band are supposed to be on tour, but the judge says the order is final.
Nettles' deposition will be about lawsuits filed over the incident, and the testimony is supposed to come between April 1 and 15.
Only Nettles will testify and not her band mate, Kristian Bush.
Seven people died in the collapse, and dozens of other people were hurt.
