State Given Another Week to Respond Over Planned Parenthood Decision

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Hoosier state has an additional week to respond to the Obama Administration decision to side with Planned Parenthood of Indiana over a new law to defund the organization.

A US district judge granted the state's request that it be given a week to respond to the Justice Department brief that supports Planned Parenthood's request to for an injunction blocking the new state law.
