State of City Address at Noon (with Video)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry delivered his annual State of the City address Wednesday at Noon.

In the address the Mayor laid out his vision for the city in the coming year which will include economic development, revitalization, and job creation among other things.
