State of Indiana Named in Stage Collapse Lawsuit

VALPARAISO, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The first two of what could be many lawsuits have been filed in the incident.

A law firm from Valparaiso filed on behalf of one of the victims that lost their life and another who was injured.

The firm of Kenneth Allen and Associates have also filed an injunction to prevent evidence from being destroyed or tampered with.
