WASHINGTON (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Third District Indiana Congressman Marlin Stutzman is backing a new state law defunding Planned Parenthood.
Stutzman along with 99-other members of Congress sent a letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to formally protest the Obama Administration's efforts to withdraw Medicaid funding if the law is not over turned.
