WASHINGTON (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Northeast Indiana will have a representative in Congress for the first time in 6-months.
Republican Marlin Stutzman will be sworn-in Tuesday afternoon to Indiana's Third District seat in the House.
The seat has been vacant since Mark Souder resigned in May after an extra-marital affair was revealed.
Stutzman was elected to finish the rest of Souder's term this year, then serve a new two-year term beginning in January.
