VIRGINIA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal from a State Attorney General to review the National Health Care Law.
Virginia's Attorney General had requested a quick review of its constitutionally.
But the justices rejected it.
Instead challenges to President Obama's legislation will work their way through federal appeals courts.
It is rare that the Supreme Court steps into a legal fight before the issues are aired in appellate courts.
The health care law could still reach the Supreme Court for a ruling by early summer of next year.
